In Level 1 of this four-book series, students build the language skills, personal attitudes, and cultural insights necessary to experience life "entre culturas," using Spanish to connect with people. Students learn grammar and vocabulary both inductively and deductively.
Level 2 recycles grammar, vocabulary, and culture with the content introduced and practiced in Level 1, and leverages communicative practice and comprehensible input strategies so that learners can acquire new vocabulary and grammar in context.
Level 3 presents project-based learning and rigorous tasks that hone learners’ skills. Learners will have the opportunity to engage with authentic texts and literature, experience IPAs with all modes of communication, and more, all while encompassing elements of AP® skills.
Level 4 increases the rigor and frequency of vocabulary and grammar exploration, engages learners with deeper levels of communicative inquiry and literature, and prepares learners for advanced AP® or IB® level study.
