  • Acquisition-driven Instruction Skills Labs

Nurture your ADI skills in the best peer coaching session you will ever experience. Our premiere coaches will organize a small-group ADI deconstruction experience where you have the choice of being a teacher-demonstrator, a language student, or an observer. We need all of these roles to make our coaching pods work! You won't want to miss this amazing opportunity to hone your skills and learn something new.
  • Language Classes

A key element of our training strategy in Acquisition-driven Instruction is for every participant to experience being a novice student in an ADI language class. This year, you will have five different languages to choose from: Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Latin, Thai & French. You will participate in the same beginner language class for one hour each day, experiencing ADI delivered in 4 sequential lessons.
  • Language Labs

Watch real students acquire language with Acquisition-driven Instructional (ADI) strategies in our Novice Spanish & French classes and our Intermediate Spanish class. In addition, an Advanced "Improve your Spanish" for Spanish teachers can be observed to see how ADI is used at the advanced level.
