Kristy Placido was voted Teacher of the Year by the Michigan World Languages Association in 2021 after many successful years teaching high school Spanish in Michigan public schools. She holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Teaching from Michigan State University and is passionate about creating compelling, culture-rich, and comprehensible reading materials for students!
