Eliz Tchakarian’s multicultural background has shaped her into a multilingual applied linguist and editor. Eliz’s passion for fine academic and research writing emerged while tutoring fellow students in her (under)graduate studies and was strengthened by her invaluable experience at the Modern Language Journal with Dr. Leo van Lier as the Editor-in-Chief.

For the last eight years Eliz has been working with Wayside Publishing and a team of devoted teachers and administrators to provide affordable, student-centered, contextualized intercultural print and online world language programs.
