
Lourdes Cuellar
About
Lourdes Cuellar hails from Asunción, Paraguay. Her love for her native Spanish language and her interest in sharing her culture with others led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in Spanish and an education degree at Randolph Macon Woman’s College, where she also studied French. Upon graduation, she taught high school Spanish at the University School of Nashville. She obtained a master’s degree in Spanish Language and Culture from la Universidad de Salamanca in Spain and has served as an AP® Spanish Language Reader. Currently, she works as a consultant for Wayside Publishing. She hopes that teachers and students alike enjoy the richness and variety of the Spanish language and its cultures as they are reflected throughout Conversemos juntos.
