Loaded with lively and interesting exercises, Let’s Communicate meets the need for a basic book for elementary and middle school students by presenting fundamentals of grammar in a thorough and challenging way.

Learning by activity and personal connections is the goal. The book contains many practice exercises that help the student learn each skill by actually using it.

Chapters are presented in order of difficulty or logic (for example, students frequently confuse plurals and possessives, so these two chapters are presented in sequence). Skills mastered early are recycled in later exercises. The final page of each chapter is titled “Check Your Understanding” and may be used as a test.
