Distributor Policy


Distributors must provide credit card or ACH payment for each shipment before it will ship. 

Any title out of stock will be backordered unless the distributor requests “Do not backorder.” Titles will then be released as they become available. 

Wayside Publishing prices its publications to distributors at net price. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any distributor may set the price for re-sale at any level it wishes. 


Distributor Return Policy


Wayside Publishing accepts returns of print titles in new, unmarked, and salable condition made directly from Wayside Publishing for 300 days (10 months) after invoice for store credit only. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Store credit may take up to 30 days to process after receipt at our warehouse. Credit is distributed at the discretion of Wayside Publishing.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Return authorization is not required prior to shipping. Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the distributor. 

To receive credit for Digital-Only or Hardcover Print and Digital products, the entire product must be returned and must be un-activated.

Titles, editions, and resources that have been declared Out-of-Print for 90 days or more are not eligible for return.

Wayside Publishing is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. 


Defective items 

If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please call customer support at (888) 302-2519. These products should be returned immediately. The purchaser has 30 days from date of receipt to make a claim on items received in damaged condition.
